Size & Fit
What size harness/collar should I order for my dog?
You'll find the right size in our size guide, where all measurements are described. We always recommend that you measure your dog to ensure the best fit.
If you are unable to measure your dog, you can use our recommended breeds as a guide in the size chart.
The size guide can be found under each product on the product page.
Note that sizes may vary depending on the product, so it's important to check the size chart for each item you're interested in.
How do I know if the harness/collar fits correctly?
The harness or collar should fit snugly but still be comfortable for your dog. As a rule of thumb, you should be able to fit two fingers between the product and your dog.
The harness must not restrict shoulder movement, and your dog should be able to move freely and naturally without it feeling tight or slipping.
The collar should never be tight around the neck, but should fit securely and comfortably.
If in doubt, we always recommend checking the size guide and adjusting the product regularly for the best fit.
Delivery & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
We will process the order within 3 days after payment. During peak times, such as Christmas, this may take 3-5 days.
You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
How long does it take to get my order?
The delivery time depends on different shipping methods.
- Express shipping: Within 11-15 business days.
- Standard shipping: Within 7-30 business days after shipment.
Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
How can I change the shipping address?
There is a very limited time in which you can change the shipping address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact our customer service team with the order number to change the shipping address.

How much is shipping?
Orders above $75 USD, get free shipping! For orders under $75 USD, our standard shipping is a flat $8.99 USD.
I have received a damaged or incorrect item, what do I do?
We strive to deliver high-quality products, but should an unexpected error occur, we will of course help.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Pictures clearly showing the defect
- Your order number
- A description of the problem and relevant information
We will review your inquiry as soon as possible and get back to you with guidance on the further process.
